Elegant and moody; the dark, muted tones with bronze accents create a very serene interior for this project. This theme is carried throughout the lobby, hallways, and into the apartment units with a similar palette of warm grey wood & tiles.
The main entrance area greets residents with lush greenery against a polished backdrop and metal mesh details. Sculptural furnishings and light fixtures surround a linear fireplace off of the main lobby area creating a comfortable lounge/waiting area.

Three residential towers in Coney Island with approx. 500 units.
Light and airy, the design direction for this project draws on the building’s proximity to the beach. The tall ceilings in the lobby with floating light fixtures create a grand entrance leading up to the stone reception. Ribbed detailing and millwork alongside metal reveals adds layer and interest to the space.
Amenity areas have been designed to include hotel-like features with a spa and sauna, gym, dressing rooms, and rentable event space. An extensive business center with private work pods doubles as the ideal work-from-home space.
Custom ombre carpet with a touch of ochre line the typical apartment hallways. Inside the units, kitchens feature a mix of white and light wood cabinetry with a porcelain backsplash and quartz countertops. Both bathrooms have unique porcelain tile pairings, Kohler fixtures, and custom vanities.

Interior Design of a Park Slope new construction developed by William Macklowe Company and Senlac Ridge Partners.
The North and South buildings take on a modern, eclectic design with ample contrast and architectural lighting elements to create a statement.
Complex and unique spaces have been created with custom millwork and textured finishes. Bold, colorful furniture punctuates the neutral backdrop of terrazzo, woods and metals throughout each area.
Amenities include a work from home space, gym, yoga studio, lounge, party room, kids room, arts & crafts room, vintage library & business center, divided between the two buildings.
Inside the apartment units, engineered wood flooring is used throughout the living space. Kitchens are outfitted with custom cabinetry, a porcelain backsplash and Beko Appliances while tiled bathrooms have Grohe fixtures.

A new construction, 34 story, 476-unit residential building at the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene. Clean and modern, the interiors reflect its central urban location. A double-height lobby with green wall features and built-in seating leads residents to a private coffee lounge. A trip to the 22nd floor is the show stopper, with views for miles to be enjoyed from a variety of amenity spaces and a rooftop terrace; playing billiards, using the communal kitchen, lounging indoors or out or working from the conference room. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, and a unique floating glass library with ceiling height bookshelves ensuring there is a space for all to enjoy. The apartment units similarly offer floor to ceiling windows alongside wide plank flooring, quartz kitchens with walnut cabinetry, integrated stainless-steel appliances and porcelain tile bathrooms.

Interior design of a new construction residential building including 18 stories and 195 rental units. This design was built around a minimal, modern industrial concept starting at the two story lobby, which contains a rain curtain feature as well as a 26 foot long green wall that reaches to the ceiling with custom “floating” raw steel light features. Through the glass lobby walls is the piano lounge and game room at the first floor, and the business lounge library with double sided fireplace at the second floor. Other amenities include courtyard spaces with outdoor gaming such as bocce ball, dining areas, and an extensive reflecting pool surrounded by sunbathing. Inside apartment units are unexpected accents such as brick at bathroom walls, raw wood at kitchen islands, and hexagonal mosaic tiles offset by clean lines and a modern approach.

Interior design of a boutique bayfront 68-unit condominium in Bay Harbor, Miami, Florida with a resort feel.
A light, natural palette is used throughout, drawing on the building’s bayfront location and warm climate. The lobby welcomes residents with a custom marble reception desk flanked by two pastel toned seating areas.
Amenity spaces include an oak clad fitness center and yoga room as well as a resident club lounge with private work pods, a bar and lounge seating area leading out to a bay view terrace.
Sisal carpets and fluted wood millwork line the typical hallways, bringing in raw, natural elements. Inside apartments, kitchens are outfitted with Miele appliances, Italian Snaidero cabinetry and quartz countertops while bathrooms have natural stone flooring and Waterworks fixtures.

Interior & Landscape Design of a 42-unit condominium in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
A natural stone floor lobby is accented by modern organic furniture, fluted wood millwork and cement-based micro topping walls. This warm entrance leads to a resident co-working space on the main level.
Cellar amenities include a karaoke lounge & cinema leading out to a garden space, a fully-outfitted gym, kids room and pet spa. Upstairs, the 6th floor club lounge & terrace offers a place to unwind and socialize beyond the apartment units with wide plank white oak flooring, built in banquettes and a Caesarstone kitchen dining area.
Hallways continue the pared back neutral palette from the lobby, with modern wood clad walls leading to the bright apartment units. Kitchens are finished with matte white cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops and Wolf-Sub-Zero appliances while bathrooms have natural stone and Dornbracht fixtures.

Interior design and remodel of an existing 53,700 sf. commercial building in New York. The main entrance of the office complex opens into a sculptural reception area with a mirrored ceiling and architectural lighting. Beyond, a large-scale data installation acts as the focal point, situated on the back wall of the multi-story Atrium. Natural elements such as greenery, fountains and floating seating units can be found in this large open space at the center of the building. Unique materials are used on ceilings throughout the main common areas including gun metal tile in the elevator lobby and bronze mirror in the elevator cab, each bringing the eye upwards to acknowledge the scale of the space.

Interior design of new residential building, approximately 400,000 square feet within 12 stories, consisting of 363 rental units and amenities. Located near Barclay Center, our design balances a steel-meets-brownstone aesthetic, while preserving an authentic Brooklyn feel. Raw steel panels convey a modern, industrial vibe alongside warm wood accents. Residents enjoy an array of amenities on the 2nd floor — business center, kids room and outdoor play area, fully equipped gym, yoga/stretch area — all leading out to a courtyard for an open, expansive feeling. On the 9th floor will be a full range of recreation-oriented amenities in a pleasing landscaped setting with amazing views. Amenities include a dining/BBQ/fireplace lounge area, sunbathing chaises, pet spa, outdoor games such as bocce ball, table tennis, shuffleboard, and more.
